WebDT SimulCAST System is part of the WebDT Content Manager software suite, a key component of the comprehensive WebDT Digital Signage System. With the WebDT SimulCAST System, school/ corporate departments can broadcast “Emergency” messages instantly and simultaneously. Control the messages centrally and distribute them via the web-based management interface, publishing to every digital signage display and to computer within the network. Distribute messages by county, by building, or by department.

Server Software
  • Publish urgent messages to selected groups of signage appliances and computers

  • Enable splash screen to appear on top of other applications on the display
  • Enable predefined audio files to load with scrolling text bar
  • Enable the ability to lock the destination’s keyboard/mouse function for a certain duration
  • Enable the uploading of “Site” Logo to appear on each display and PC client scroll bar
  • Support for enhanced administration screen or simplified GUI screen for selected users to control urgent cast content
Client Software
  • Windows XP, Vista compatible
  • Set to Auto-load and Auto-start when OS is launched
  • Installation by network administrator only
  • Removal of program controlled by administrator
  • Administrator can set up predefined installer program that students or employees can download to install onto their individual computer

Optional software extensions for this system include:
  • Integration with 3rd party service provider in managing deployment and mass sending of SMS Text Messages
  • Integration with 3rd party service provider in managing mass dialing of automated voice dialing system
