Q1: Why do I need to use the WebDT Device Manager Software?
A1: With the Software Upgrade function, users can update OS/BIOS or apply new WCM patches to Edge servers or players from the source WCM server. Patches/ OS/ BIOS updates can be applied to a single or multiple players (Edge servers) simultaneously. The Power Management function also allows users to designate the specific startup/shutdown time of available selected Signage Appliances and Edge servers.
